Processing Time  
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time depending on order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated U.S. delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Free Shipping  
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

Domestic Shipping  
Currently, we ship within the United States.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays  
Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Stitched by Trinity is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Stitched by Trinity is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Handmade Item Note  
Because each crochet piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.
